Tabitha Mei-Bo Li is a London-based Hair, Wigs, Make-up and Prosthetics Artist whose practice spans film, television, theatre, fashion and contemporary art. For over 13 years, she has created character-driven work for screen, stage and live performance, collaborating with leading studios, production companies and cultural institutions including HBO, Warner Bros., Marvel Studios, London Fashion Week and the Royal Opera House.

Awarded Best Hair & Make-up Design at the British Short Film Awards (2023) and the Film Olympiad Awards (2024), she combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to visual storytelling. Alongside her production work, she maintains an interdisciplinary art practice exploring embodiment, materiality and transformation through prosthetics, sculpture, hair, wigs and moving image.

She also develops and facilitates creative workshops within educational and community settings. Tabitha holds a BA (Hons) in Hair, Make-up and Prosthetics for Performance from London College of Fashion and an MA in Fine Art from City & Guilds of London Art School.
