Tabitha Mei-Bo Li, also known as Tabby, is an award-winning London-based Wigs, Hair, Make-up and Prosthetics Artist with over 12 years’ experience across film, television, commercials, fashion, theatre and live events. Her credits include work on productions for HBO, Warner Bros. and Marvel Studios, alongside work at London Fashion Week and the Royal Opera House.

From polished, camera-ready hair and make-up to bespoke wigs and intricate prosthetic transformations, Tabitha combines technical expertise with a creative eye for character, colour and detail. She approaches each project with precision and care, translating the brief into distinctive, cohesive looks through close collaboration and practical problem-solving, while creating a calm and welcoming experience for those in her chair.

Her work has received Best Hair & Make-up Design awards at the British Short Film Awards (2023) and Film Olympiad Awards (2024), alongside a Craft Award nomination at GAZE Film Festival (2026) for her work as Prosthetic Make-up Designer on Charity!. She holds a BA (Hons) in Hair, Make-up and Prosthetics for Performance from London College of Fashion and an MA in Fine Art from City & Guilds of London Art School, drawing on both disciplines to bring a rich understanding of materials and a creative approach to visual storytelling.

Alongside her production work, Tabitha maintains an interdisciplinary art practice exploring embodiment, materiality and transformation through prosthetics, sculpture, hair, wigs and moving image, and develops and facilitates creative workshops in educational and community settings.
